Julius Berger Celebrates Loyalty and Excellence Among Employees 

Julius Berger Nigeria Plc has celebrated 795 long-serving employees, recognizing their dedication and impact on the company’s success. The 2024 Long Service Awards ceremony, held in Abuja, emphasized the importance of employee loyalty in achieving growth and innovation. The Managing Director, Dr. Peer Lubasch, described the honourees as the backbone of the company’s achievements. He noted, “Your resilience, expertise, and passion define who we are as a company—a beacon of excellence in the construction industry.” Lubasch also highlighted the significance of the employees’ commitment to Julius Berger’s role in Nigeria’s development, adding that 68% of the awardees are based in Abuja, underscoring their vital role in the company’s operations. 

A Celebration of Milestones 

The ceremony honored employees who have served between 10 to 35 years. 

    10 years: 134 staff 

    15 years: 269 staff 

    20 years: 71 staff 

    25 years: 298 staff 

    30 years: 13 staff 

    35 years: 10 staff 

Dr. Abdulaziz Kaita, Director of Administration and a 35-year honoree himself, reflected on the significance of loyalty and unity in his address. He encouraged staff to remain dedicated, saying, “With the unwavering support of our partners and friends, we can conquer any challenge and achieve remarkable success.
