The 2024 Long Service Awards ceremony, held in Abuja, emphasized the importance of employee loyalty in achieving growth and innovation. The Managing Director, Dr. Peer Lubasch, described the honourees as the backbone of the company’s achievements. He noted, “Your resilience, expertise, and passion define who we are as a company—a beacon of excellence in the construction industry.” Lubasch also highlighted the significance of the employees’ commitment to Julius Berger’s role in Nigeria’s development, adding that 68% of the awardees are based in Abuja, underscoring their vital role in the company’s operations.
