Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, encouraged Nigerian entrepreneurs not to give up despite the current economic difficulties. Speaking at the commissioning of the Dangote Refinery Booking Office in Ibadan, he shared his own experiences with adversity and emphasized the importance of determination and resilience. Adeleke praised the progress made at the office site over three months and used it as an example for other entrepreneurs. He highlighted those new businesses, like the booking office, would create job opportunities and alleviate economic pressures. Motunrayo Ajeigbe, CEO of Okay Entertainment Production, explained that the office would allow investors to monitor daily trading activities of the Dangote Refinery. Governor Adeleke’s message was clear: with persistence and hard work, success is achievable.

A Personal Testament 

Acknowledging the economic hardship in the country, Governor Adeleke shared his own experiences with adversity. “I was here three months ago, and this place was not properly arranged, especially the ground. Today, it is transformed,” he noted. Using this transformation as an example, he encouraged entrepreneurs to persist in their efforts, highlighting that success is achievable with determination. “I’m a living testimony because I’m a fighter and a goal-getter. Motunrayo is also a goal-getter, and that’s why I identify with anyone striving to do good for society.Governor Adeleke also highlighted the positive impact of new businesses on employment. He stressed that establishments like the Dangote Refinery Booking Office would provide job opportunities, thereby alleviating some of the economic pressures. “Through this establishment, many people will get employed,” he said, urging entrepreneurs to keep striving and remain determined.

The main objective of the Dangote Refinery Booking Office is to provide a platform for investors to monitor the daily trading activities of the Dangote Refinery. It aims to enhance transparency and facilitate informed investment decisions. By offering real-time data and insights, the booking office seeks to support investor engagement and confidence, ultimately contributing to the growth and stability of the refinery’s operations.
