Custodian Investment Empowers Over 5,000 Young Entrepreneurs
At The Event
The Custodian Mentorship Conference has helped over 5,000 young entrepreneurs since it started in 2018. This was revealed by the founder and Group Managing Director of Custodian Investment Plc, Wole Oshin, during the sixth edition of the conference held in Lagos.
Mentorship as a Path to Success
Oshin emphasized the importance of mentorship in developing future leaders. He mentioned that although he didn’t have mentors himself, he learned by observing successful people. This inspired him to create a platform where professionals could share their experiences and guide the next generation of entrepreneurs. The mentorship doesn’t end at the conference. Volunteers from the Custodian Group continue to mentor participants even after the event. Oshin said the company partnered with Alder Consulting to offer extended support to mentees.
Custodian’s Social Impact
The Chief Executive Officer of the Custodian Social Responsibility Foundation, Olubunmi Aderemi, highlighted some of the foundation’s recent projects, such as fixing two roads in Sabo, Yaba, Lagos, helping flood victims in Ibadan, and building an Accident and Emergency Centre in Epe, Lagos.
